Items eligible for exchange
A product is eligible only when every condition below is met:
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is unworn and unused.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Exchange charges
- No additional pickup charge applies to an eligible exchange; pickup will be arranged by Suhag Chitra.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any additional delivery charge, if applicable, will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
How can I exchange my product?
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to bangle size, product design and product availability.
The replacement product value cannot exceed the original invoice value. If you choose a lower-priced product, the price difference will not be refunded.
